A deposit of 30% is required on booking, with balance payable in cash at your arrival.
A security deposit of 100 euros is required on arrival and will be returned in full on departure provided no damage or breakages have occurred. Reductions will apply for rentals in excess of 15 days except Summer period and February.
All rentals are subject to conditions, which will be forwarded with your booking confirmation.
We don’t accept cheques neither for the deposit nor for the rent.
The price is inclusive of electricity, water.
